Course content of the video conference events (online):

The video conference events are structured in such a way that for each chapter the theoretical content and biomechanical characteristics of the corresponding region are explained in the form of a PowerPoint and flipchart.

This is followed by a practical examination block to demonstrate the examination techniques, which are then practiced by the participants in breakout rooms. For this it is good if the learner has an exercise partner at his side.

After the examination block, the techniques for correcting the dysfunctions are then demonstrated in detail and practiced again by the participants in the breakout rooms. At the end of each block, we show important connections between the individual body regions and provide information for implementation until the next block lesson.

The online courses are taught on Saturday mornings or Friday afternoons. The lessons are recorded and stored in a separate Vimeo library in case participants are unable to attend one of the appointments and to follow up on the content.
